1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the theanirudhcode platform — including its website, booking system, consultation services, and wellness programs — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised date. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Services

theanirudhcode offers metabolic-health and lifestyle consultations, guided fasting programs, metabolic health assessments, and wellness content delivered by Dr. Anirudh M. Vaddineni, MD Clinical Biochemistry, Nutrition & Genetics; Specialist in Metabolic Biochemistry, Lifestyle & Metabolic Disorders.

Our services are intended for general wellness and root-cause health optimisation. They do not constitute emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

Consultations are provided via telemedicine in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 (TPG-2020). Prescriptions, where applicable, will only be issued following an in-person examination as required by law — telemedicine consultations alone do not substitute for a physical examination where prescription is indicated.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to book a consultation or enrol in a program. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account independently. Minors may only use our services with the explicit consent and active participation of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Bookings & Payments

Consultation slots and program enrolments are confirmed upon successful payment. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card or UPI details — only a payment reference and amount are retained.

Cancellation policy: cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For program enrolments, refunds are governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this platform — including articles, videos, program materials, and consultation notes — is for informational and educational purposes. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

In accordance with TPG-2020, Dr. Anirudh will not prescribe medications without a prior in-person physical examination where such examination is required. Telemedicine consultations are appropriate for follow-up, wellness guidance, and program support.

Always seek the advice of a qualified physician for any medical condition or before making changes to your diet, medication, or exercise regimen.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, images, videos, program materials, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of theanirudhcode or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, theanirudhcode and Dr. Anirudh M. Vaddineni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
